Meet Stian, an AAT qualified and licensed Bookkeeper with over 8 years experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll and Accounts. Based in the village Bidford-on-Avon, Stian provides a tailored service to clients operating as Sole Traders and small-medium sized businesses, alleviating the burden of Bookkeeping & Payroll right from the outset and providing business owners with a wealth of Accounting & Payroll expertise.

Comprehensive Bookkeeping
We offer a comprehensive Bookkeeping service on a monthly basis at a fixed cost, so customers always know exactly what they are paying for. Using Xero accountancy software we integrate from your existing system and work with you to streamline your accounting processes. Your business's books are prepared on a weekly basis, ensuring they are always up to date, ready to file tax returns to HMRC and produce reports if needed in short timescales.
Accurate & Timely Payroll
Alongside Bookkeeping we provide a Payroll Bureau service to customers, generating payslips on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis together with Real Time Information (RTI) filings to HMRC, generating P45's and P60's. Our timesheet verification service ensures employees wages are processed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner and we always handle employee data with the upmost care ensuring all files are uploaded to our fully secure, GDPR compliant, bespoke client portal.
Tax Return Filings & Annual Accounts
We provide a range of fully compliant HMRC Tax Return filings and production of Annual Accounts for you and your business on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Including Self Assessments, VAT, CIS and Corporation Tax Returns along with Confirmation Statements and Annual Accounts to Companies House.
